1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nodehive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our high-performance hosting services.
2. Billing & Refunds
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are due on a recurring basis as per your selected billing cycle. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for technical failures on our end. Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" or after 48 hours of service activation.
3. Hardware & Performance
Nodehive utilizes Intel Xeon-D 1520 gear to ensure 24/7 high performance. Users are entitled to the resources allocated to their specific plan. We monitor for resource abuse (such as crypto mining or excessive CPU usage) that negatively impacts other users on the node.
4. Prohibited Content
The following activities lead to instant suspension:
• DDoS / Stress Testing
• Cryptocurrency Mining
• Pirated Software (DMCA)
• Port Scanning or Network Attacks
5. Service Uptime
We guarantee a 99.9% Uptime for our network. Nodehive is not responsible for data loss caused by user error. We highly recommend using our built-in backup tools regularly.
