Nodehive Satisfaction Guarantee
1. 48-Hour Window
At Nodehive, we stand behind our high-performance Xeon-D hardware. We offer a full refund within the first 48 hours of your initial purchase if our services do not meet your technical expectations.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made via a support ticket within the 48-hour period. Refunds are generally processed in GBP (£) to the original payment method. Please note that "change of mind" after significant resource usage may be denied at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Dedicated Server setups or custom hardware orders.
• Domain name registrations and transfers.
• Crypto payments (due to volatility and transaction fees).
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
4. Chargebacks
Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor before contacting Nodehive support will result in the immediate termination of all active services and a permanent ban from our platform.
